Extract the outer outline from your bitmap and export as SVG for Fusion 360

Lower values detect darker objects. Try 100-180 for most images.

Higher values = smoother, fewer points

How to use in Fusion 360:

  1. Upload your bitmap image above
  2. Adjust threshold to isolate the outline (darker = more sensitive)
  3. Adjust smoothing to reduce point count while maintaining shape
  4. Download the SVG file
  5. In Fusion 360: Insert → Insert SVG → Select your downloaded file
  6. Place on your desired sketch plane and scale as needed
